Sweet Pea Headbands Here to stay

I've been trying to come up with a name for our hair clips and headbands. They look like flowers and all the names I thought of were already used by some amazingly Crafty girls over at apocketfullofposies and thepleatedpoppy. So I thought of sweet peas, I know they don't really look like Sweet peas but I have always loved sweet peas. It's my birth month flower, they are so lovely and they belong in Strawberry Sky's. Here are some headbands I made in really bad lighting, sorry.

New Handmade Onesies!

I'm so happy to show off some of the things I've been working on! I have so much more I'm working on but my computers acting up. Everything I make is hand crafted and full of love. I've had such a great response from the Onesies, tutu's and sweet pea hair clips and head bands that I've decided to make it official. I'm in the process of getting all my business licenses and things I need to start Strawberry Sky's  Children's clothing and gifts! I'll be posting all my exciting adventure in the land of starting a small business right here. So I'm sure there will be some good laughs: ) Its so funny how this is all playing out, I never in a million years thought I would be doing this. I have no money to start this thing, just a dream and a really big God leading down this path.

Can't wait to make this!

So My little munchkin  Makenna  is growing  into a  toddler and I'm thinking its time  for  a  room makeover. I was thinking a whimsical woodsie kinda setup. I love accent birds too.  So I saw this amazing hanging mobile on gatherandnest.com just what I had in mind .

Something to live by...

After church this past Sunday we had lunch at chapotiles (spelling?) I love that they are environmentally friendly  on many levels. while sipping on my ice tea i noticed this amazing quote " If your life's work can be finished in your lifetime, your not dreaming big enough." Wow so true, this totally challenged and encouraged me to be okay with the fact that I might walking in everything I'm fighting for right now but my children will and maybe even people i will never meet. There is no point in dreaming if you don't dream big!  That's what this new venture into the world of tutus, onsies, ribbon, glitter and who know what else. I never thought i would find my self starting a business but here I am. It can be  very scary at times, but like someone once told me" do it afraid!"
